| Welcome Extreme TC are hosting the March 2011 East Midlands Grading competition at Friesland Sports Centre, Sandiacre in Nottingham. The event is being held on Sunday 6th March from 9.00am to 4.00pm. Entry forms should all be in now. A list of competitors has now been emailed to each club. Please check them carefully so we can correct any mistakes. We wish all of you the very best of luck and would ask that you note the following information. | |
| Times Please aim to arrive an hour before you are due to warm up (the times below will be the warm up start times). If you are competing at 9.00 though, aim for 8.30. Click here for an interactive map of the venue. | |
| Directions If you are travelling on the M1, exit at J25, taking the Bostocks Lane exit north from the roundabout towards Sandiacre. Those of you travelling from the East or from the south via the A60 or A46 should take the ring road as far as the Queens Medical Centre (A52 junction) and proceed along the A52 towards Derby, until you reach the M1 J25. Take the slip road and then the 4th exit as above. |  |
| At the traffic lights turn right onto the B5010, after which Nursey Avenue is 100m on your left. There is a car park immediately before you get to the centre. There are also a few spaces immediately by the main entrance, but try not to use thse unless you have to, as they are needed for disabled / service access. The centre operates a one-way traffic system. Please enter by Nursery Avenue, but exit via Rushy Lane (when you leave the car park, go up to the centre and turn left - this brings you out onto Rushy Lane). |   |
| Flight System We will be running the 'flight system' of warmups. Due to the variable flight sizes, we will have a fixed number of general warmup routines rather than a time limit. Each competitior will get 4 general warmups, one controlled set warmup, compete set, compete vol. Only one class has been split into 2 flights at present - this is the Under 11 girls Grade I. Please check your emailed entrants list for individual flight details. | |
