| Start the program and choose whether to begin a new competition or just start scoring | Scoring is very intuitive. Pick the competitor, enter the scores, then 'Save' or change competitors. TScore guides you through all the way. Experience so far has shown that people with previous computer recording knowledge can just use TScore with around 30 seconds instruction! Complete novices take just a few minutes to train. | If you make a mistake, TScore gives you clear instructions on what to do next. | Changing competitions is easy - you see a list of all the events with date and description of each |
| |

|
| Organising a competition is also much easier. Simply send out the prepared Excel entry forms for your clubs to fill in. Age groups are calculated automatically from DoB. The latest competition requirements are included - BG number for example. | Now process the entries as they arrive. Just drop the files into a folder and hit the button. TScore sorts out the classes, loads the entries, reads the officials names and jobs and creates an initial timetable, programme and list of trophies and team medals. | There's a built-in interactive timetabler too. The boxes are sized according to the number of entrants in each grade. Just drag & drop them into the slots on up to 4 panels. When you save it, printable timetables are written to an Excel file and the panels & times are updated in the database | You can edit the entries in the database too. Add, withdraw, reinstate and alter details for any competitor. TScore lets you confirm the changes in a clear presentation. |

| Monitor Competition Progress | | Using the Competition Status report, you can immediately see how many competitors have recorded scores for each round in each class. An indication of the expected finish time is given, with highlighting of any panels that are overrunning their schedule. From this monitoring screen you can also go directly to view each class and also print the results as each class indicates that it has finished. The classes for whom you have printed results are indicated, so you have a clear record of those you have processed. This facility is invaluable for the competition organiser to readily check on progress. |
