The Somerset Trampoline Summer Camp is an annual event organised by Olly Monro and Anna Ellington. Olly is the director of 'Celestial Trampolining', a high performance coach at Axis Trampoline Club and a BG Trampoline Tutor and Assessor. The camp has been running for the past 20 years or so, but was mostly attended by trampolinists from the South West region. This year they are keen to extend an invitation to competitive trampolinists aged 8 and above from the whole of the UK. This year, the camp is running from Wednesday 27th July to Sunday 31st July. Training is at Strode College, with accommodation available at the nearby Street YHA. Fees are £300 residential, (£200 non-residential). | Summer Camp is a learning experience, not only of new moves, but of different coaches and coaching methods, of meeting new people, socialising, and being away from home. Please come with an open mind, to learn what is on offer on this fantastic opportunity to meet other trampolinists of all abilities, from all over the country. |
