| The Venue This year's East Midlands Regional Schools competition will be held at the Castle Sports Complex in Spalding. The competition is being held on Sunday 4th December from 9.00am to 3.00pm. It is being organised by Kirsty & Andy Ringsell of Abbey High Fliers trampoline club. I should stress that this event is run not by any education authority, but entirely by unpaid volunteers who give up a huge amount of time each year to coordinate a very complex competition, so please bear that in mind should we ask for a little of your time to help us. The equipment used will be mainly 6mm trampolines, with some 6x4mm trampolines if we can get them. There will be no half-inch trampolines available. The timetable is given below and all competitors' representatives should also get an email listing each entrant's start time. Remember that you must be there an hour before your scheduled start time (or 8.30 for 9.00), as the competition may run ahead of schedule by this amount. | How to Enter The entry form has been sent to a number of schools representatives, but if you have not received one, you can download the entry form here. The closing date for entries was 1st November 2011, but late entries may still be considered. You can download the current rules here - please be sure that you have read and understood them. | On the Day Please aim to arrive an hour before you are due to warm up (the times in the timetable will be the warm up start times). If you are competing at 9.00 though, aim for 8.30. Team managers and officials please arrive in good time, so we can get you signed in, check for any late changes and sort out any instruction needed for novice officials. In particular, can all computer recorders please pop along to the admin desk in plenty of time so they can be shown the software we are using. We are always very short of judges and are having to beg and cajole all of the local trampoline clubs to help us fill the remaining posts with suitably qualified volunteers.
